Marauder

The marauder clans have fought long and hard to carve out their place in Severance, and to this day are still in constant conflict with the great raider tribes, numerous mutant hordes, and their better warrior cousins. These killers sold their souls to the highest bidder a long time ago for the sake of getting revenge against their rivals.

There appears to be no more room left in hell, as the dead have returned to life thanks to the extremely adaptive and resilient Ravenous virus. These pour souls now roam the wastes as eternally hungry, flesh eating zombies.

Plague Doctor

The war surgeons who fought alongside soldiers in the plague wars wore toxic resistant robes. It’s believed all of them perished on the battlefield, but many currently active death cults of plague doctors still wear their robes and claim to be direct descendants of these ancient medics.
